It is already third week of my training for beginners and time to draw some conclusions for the past two weeks.
WEEK NUMBER ONE:
running in this manner made a lot of fun. I enjoyed it a lot and run usually longer then planned 15 minutes. And extended the first week to two weeks - I followed the plan from the first week for two weeks time.
WEEK NUMBER TWO:
well it was fun as well, I even went running in a light rain. Once in the sunshine it was quite hard. I guess I run simply too fast as usually I have made in 15minutes over 2,4 km taking into account 1 minute walking rather slow and then running 2 minutes.
WEEK NUMBER THREE:
tomorrow will be my first training :) Keep your fingers crossed.
