REGULARITY

WHEN DID YOU MOVE LAST TIME?
This applies to me today. I cannot wait it up till I finish my work and I will go jogging in the evening. Remember to move regular and not to make too big gaps between the activities. One or two days for regeneration are very fine but not longer.
So go and move now!

PLAN TO RUN

I used to run just for fun without any plan. This did not work for me as at the beginning I saw progress but after a while it was very hard to motivate myself to go out and get moving. Following a plan makes me feel much better, I know what I have done and how far I am.

35°C

One advice from my side, if it is very warm and the sun is still up then postpone your jogging to either later evening hours or do it straight away in the morning.
Just finished my run.

ADVICES for BEGINNERS

Yesterday I posted a comment that I am a beginner looking for any tips how to get on well with running on one of the running forums. Here is the link to the running community if you would like to read more.

I find the advices I received as very wise. Thank you! Therefore I am saving these here as a reminder for myself and maybe some of you.

Now I am taking a challenge to achieve my first 5km continuous run in few weeks time!
Keep your finger crossed for me!

ps. of course if you start with jogging, running or any kind of sports it is to recommend to ask your doc for advice and make a check up
