DIET - NEW WAY OF UNDERSTANDING


How do you think about diet? I usually thought about diet as an extraordinary condition - not allowing myself to eat some things. To skip bread and some treats was very hard. I kept on few days and then experienced almost always big hunger and gave up.

Now my way of thinking is changing and I quite begin to enjoy it. I ask myself if the things that I prepare to eat or buy do follow my goal. This way makes it very easy and I start to be happy on what is on my plate. This supports me to go on, to continue and right now I am one week without bread and feeling great!
