HOW TO CHOOSE A PLAN
You may search on different websites and books for a plan to run. You will find many plans that work well - all of them work under one very important condition: REGULARITY. This word is a key to success. Remember when you search for a plan for yourself: you will only stick to it if you like it, choose not a very ambitious plan but the one that encourages you to run.
